We Need Diverse Books: The Unbanned Book Network
WNDB is launching this initiative to combat censorship by providing under-resourced schools with diverse titles by banned diverse authors. They will select 20 schools in states heavily affected by rising book bans to receive a bookshelf or cart filled with about 100 titles; a visit with a diverse Author Ambassador; and an additional donation of the Ambassador’s books.
